EIC Shared Services in Winnipeg is looking for a Payroll Administrator. Utilize your payroll processing skills and Dayforce knowledge in this full-time position.

As a Payroll Administrator with EIC Shared Services, you will leverage your expertise, having a minimum of three years of payroll experience. You will ensure accurate payroll processing and maintain compliance with various regulations while addressing employee inquiries. This role is vital for maintaining the integrity of our payroll systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and process payroll information efficiently

• Verify documentation for benefits administration

• Maintain and update employee payroll data

• Prepare payroll filings and reconciliations

• Monitor compliance with labor agreements and contracts

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of payroll administration experience

• Strong knowledge of Dayforce; ADP expertise a plus

• Post-secondary education in payroll or finance is beneficial

• PCP or CPM designation preferred

• Effective communication and data analysis skills
