Key Responsibilities:
• Lead teams in audits, compliance, and engagement planning
• Provide expert financial reports and client presentations
• Maintain quality control and anticipate client issues
• Drive relationship building and business development efforts
• Mentor and evaluate team member performance
Requirements:
• CPA designation is essential
• 4 to 6 years of public accounting experience
• Familiarity with public sector accounting standards
• Proven leadership and people management abilities
• Valuable experience with First Nations communities
