Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee payroll processing for various staff categories

• Manage enrollment in group benefits and pension plans

• Conduct monthly reconciliations for financial accuracy

• Generate reports for payroll audits and stakeholders

• Support administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in payroll and accounting

• Proficient in Sage 300 and payroll procedures

• Accurate and detail-oriented in all tasks

• Education in relevant fields such as Accounting

• Understanding of payroll laws and compliance
