Matix Lumber, a locally operated building supply center, seeks a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to assist in vital accounting functions. Key Responsibilities:

• Complete accounts payable and accounts receivable processes

• Assist with month-end closing tasks and bank reconciliations

• Match invoices with orders and packing slips accurately

• Organize and maintain records for financial documentation

• Help prepare reports and assist with data entry as needed

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in accounting or business

• Enrollment in the CPA Professional Education Program is preferred

• Excellent attention to detail and numerical aptitude

• Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of accounting software is an advantage

• Capable of managing multiple tasks effectively
