You will be the primary contact for all invoicing matters, monitored through Hub Spot to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage receipt and tracking of creator invoices

• Verify payment amounts and responsible finance contacts

• Review invoices against executed SOW for accuracy

• Submit necessary documentation in Hub Spot

• Follow up on overdue payments with professionalism

Requirements:

• Minimum high school diploma or GED

• 1-2 years billing or accounts receivable experience

• Proficient in billing software and Microsoft Office

• Experience with Hub Spot is a strong asset

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
