Key Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions

• Assist with bank reconciliations and month-end tasks

• Match invoices to purchase orders and packing slips

• Maintain organized records and document filing

• Support financial reporting with schedule preparation

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in accounting/business

• Enrolled in, or planning to start, the CPA program

• Strong attention to detail and numbers

• Proficiency in Excel with accounting software knowledge

• Good organizational skills and a positive attitude
