In this role, you will focus on creating purchase requisitions, processing vendor invoices, and ensuring compliance with SOX regulations. Utilize your strong administrative skills while collaborating with Finance and Procurement teams to maintain accurate expense records and foster vendor partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and process purchase requisitions in SAP

• Review and verify vendor invoices and receipts

• Ensure SOX compliance on all transactions

• Collaborate with Procurement and Finance teams

• Resolve discrepancies in vendor accounts

Requirements:

• 3+ years in an administrative role

• Knowledge of accounts payable and SOX controls

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
