Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely recording of vendor invoices and credit card transactions

• Verify expense documentation for accuracy and completeness

• Enter invoices into accounting software accurately

• Collaborate with vendors to resolve invoice issues

• Support month-end A/P processes for financial reporting

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in Accounting or Finance

• 1-2 years of relevant finance experience

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proficient in both French and English is an asset

• Excellent attention to detail and prioritization skills
