Hotel Accountant Payroll and Reconciliation

As a Hotel Accountant, you will record financial transactions, reconcile revenue, manage cash, and process semimonthly payroll. You will work with property management, Human Resources, Corporate Accounting, and other teams to support compliant, efficient operations. The position requires accounting knowledge, organization, and careful attention to detail.

• Collect, count, deposit, and reconcile departmental cash
• Record transactions and reconcile daily financial reporting
• Identify cash, inventory, deposit, and posting errors
• Assist with payables, receivables, and payment applications
• Verify hours, prepare labour reports, and process payroll

• Bookkeeper or Accountant experience in a similar role
• Basic payroll and accounting principles knowledge
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organization, multitasking, detail, and accuracy skills
• Discretion handling confidential information
