Project Billing Administrator

Project billing and collections expertise meets Northstar Access in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Coordinate complex invoices, payments, and project documentation.

As Project Administrator, you will report to the Finance Manager and support billing, collections, and project execution. The approximately 1.5-year maternity leave coverage requires careful coordination across finance, sales, and operations. Your work will support accurate reporting, project tracking, and customer account management.

• Prepare accurate invoices for complex, high-value customer accounts
• Resolve billing inquiries and disputes with clients promptly
• Process payments including cheques, EFTs, and credit cards
• Manage aged receivables collections and professional follow-ups
• Maintain customer files and support project tracking

• Three-plus years in billing, project accounting, or accounts receivable
• Experience billing large multinational or enterprise-level customers
• Post-secondary Accounting, Finance, or related education
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency
• Excellent organization, communication, and customer service skills
