Accounts Payable Finance Operations Analyst

Support high-volume accounts payable and treasury operations at D-Wave Quantum Inc. in a detail-focused finance role with multi-currency transactions.
As an Analyst, Finance Operations, you will support full-cycle payables under senior guidance. Your work includes invoice matching, purchasing support, payment execution, and bank reconciliations. The position develops understanding of controls, process enhancements, and financial systems across multiple entities.

Key Responsibilities:

Process high-volume, multi-currency invoices using two-way and three-way matching
Allocate costs and follow approval policies and internal controls
Support purchase orders, vendor onboarding, and invoice alignment
Resolve discrepancies, bottlenecks, inquiries, and aging items
Assist payment runs, cash positioning, and bank reconciliations
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration
One or more years in accounts payable, treasury, or related finance
Knowledge of payment processing, cash management, and internal controls
Exposure to multi-entity, multi-currency, and ERP environments
Intermediate Excel skills, including formulas, pivots, and lookups
Apply accounting fundamentals, Excel skills, and careful execution to strengthen D-Wave's accounts payable and treasury operations.
