• Prepare and review personal, corporate, and trust income tax returns
• Address tax authorities during audits and appeals
• Develop strategies supporting clients’ business opportunities
• Document tax filing positions and complete risk analysis
• Research tax issues and prepare memoranda or client letters

• Completed or nearly completed CPA designation
• Enrolled or enrolling in the in-depth tax course
• Three or more years’ public accounting tax experience
• Understanding of corporate, personal, and trust tax legislation
