Accounts Receivable Associate

Manage billing accuracy and cash application as an Accounts Receivable Associate in FWS Group of Companies’ Winnipeg office. Support maintenance services while working with clients and Operations Managers.
This Accounts Receivable Associate supports billing, collections, and cash application processes for FWS’s maintenance service company. The work includes invoicing, payment reconciliation, account inquiries, and receivables analysis. You will also maintain financial records, support audits, and help ensure tax compliance on customer billings.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, process, and distribute accurate client invoices
Apply and reconcile customer payments and remittance statements
Respond to invoice, payment, and account balance inquiries
Monitor receivables and assist collection resolution activities
Prepare aging reports and complete monthly reconciliations
Requirements:
Experience in accounts receivable, accounting, bookkeeping, or finance
Strong organization managing multiple priorities and deadlines
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Experience using accounting or ERP software systems
Bring accurate invoicing, reconciliation, Excel, and client communication skills to FWS Group of Companies’ Winnipeg accounting team.
