SWK Mechanical is a trusted HVAC company serving residential and commercial clients with preventative maintenance, service, and project solutions. We operate 24/7 and pride ourselves on professionalism, reliability, and customer‑first service.

We’re looking for a Service Coordinator to be the hub of our operations. You’ll handle scheduling, dispatch, customer communication, invoicing, payroll prep, accounts receivable, and ordering materials for PM jobs. You’ll work closely with our Service Supervisor (field operations) and report to the Service Manager.

• Create and manage work orders in Service Fusion.
• Coordinate scheduling and dispatch of technicians.
• Order and track materials for preventative maintenance.
• Generate/process invoices; sync to Quick Books after approval.
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Verify weekly timesheets and process payroll in Payworks.

• Experience in HVAC, construction, or service industries is a plus.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, able to multitask in a 24/7 environment.
