Wings Over Kississing is a growing aircraft charter company that operates in Manitoba, Saskatchewan and Northern Canada. We are looking for highly motivated individuals who enjoy problem solving and multitasking to join the energetic team in the Flight Booking Centre!

Start Date/Term:
Jan 6 – Mid October (season end/ice in with a possibility of extension)

Schedule:

  • Full time (40hrs/week) position in Steinbach, MB
  • Regular schedule: 8am – 5pm Monday – Friday, off weekends
Responsibilities:
  • Answer and direct incoming calls
  • Manage Microsoft Outlook inbox, email customers
  • Book accommodations for pilots and staff
  • Notify FBO’s of upcoming flights
  • Arrange transportation for pilots and staff
  • Assisting invoicing department with creating invoices as needed
  • Order catering
  • Quoting for flights and misc. purchases and sending completed quotes out to customers
  • Reviewing flight availability and provide potential dates to customers
  • Support other departments with special projects as needed
  • Support Agent’s with daily tasks
  • Ensure routes are accurate in scheduling programs, some data entry required
  • Request, receive and send manifests accordingly
  • Tidy office weekly/as needed.
  • Ability to work within a team atmosphere.
  • Various tasks assigned by supervisor
Successful Candidates:
  • 1-2 years experience in customer service or office setting
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize duties
  • Attention to details and well organized
  • Professional with positive attitude
