Position Overview
The incumbent is responsible for providing clerical support to the Program Manager(s) including processing job postings and related paperwork, maintaining position control, registering new hires in orientation sessions, ensuring that the Manager(s) is/are aware of staffing levels, maintaining information and employee profiles in the ESP staff scheduling system, updating the day to day schedule changes in ESP and running staffing reports as requested.
Coordinates appointment calendar for the Manager(s) and performs other clerical duties as assigned.
