This role includes classifying and uploading documentation related to disability claims, requiring careful attention to detail and proficient use of MS Office tools. You will work closely with DMSO and Central Services staff to ensure all client needs are met seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Upload and classify documents for disability claims
• Process and sort physically received mail
• Edit correspondence templates for needed information
• Ensure client-specific needs are satisfied
• Provide support for various administrative tasks
Requirements:
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to multi-task effectively in a dual-screen environment
• Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Excellent typing and communication abilities
• Background check with Reliability Status Security Clearance
