Support sales operations as a Sales Assistant reporting to the Inside Sales Manager. Focus on order processing, scheduling, and effective communication across departments.
In this in office role, you will assist outside sales representatives by processing orders and resolving delivery issues. Your tasks will include data entry in S4 and Excel, verifying customer orders, and issuing machine change orders. With a year of experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, you will enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure accurate data entry into S4 and Sales Force
- Verify and follow up on customer order discrepancies
- Facilitate communication with various departments
- Issue machine change orders to manufacturing
- Generate weekly reports and address inquiries
- High School Diploma required
- 1 year of office experience, preferably in a similar role
- Proficiency in S4 is a plus
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
