Position: Clerk Receptionist in Healthcare Setting
Become a key part of the Long-Term Care Access Centre as a Clerk/Receptionist, specializing in clerical services and scheduling within a healthcare environment. Your ability to efficiently manage data and appointments is essential to patient care.

As the Receptionist/Clerk, you will provide vital support to the Transition Manager and coordinate the flow of information. Emphasis will be on data entry, filing, and engaging with the public and staff to ensure smooth operations. Previous experience in a healthcare setting and familiarity with medical terminology will greatly benefit this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage reception and clerical tasks daily

• Schedule meetings and ensure smooth communication

• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records

• Organize filing systems and distribute mail

• Support payroll processes and office-related tasks

Requirements:

• High school diploma and office procedures training

• Proficiency in MS Office applications

• Keyboarding capability of at least 50 wpm

• Previous healthcare experience preferred

• Strong ability to handle sensitive information
