As a key team member, you'll be reporting to the Nurse In-Charge, ensuring patient reception and documentation are handled with precision. The role entails scheduling tests, maintaining charts, and acting as the communication link for the unit, contributing significantly to patient comfort.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage patient reception and documentation processes

• Answer incoming calls and prioritize communication

• Prepare and maintain patient charts systematically

• Schedule tests and appointments as needed

• Maintain supplies and assist with payroll information

Requirements:

• High school education as per Manitoba standards

• Completion of a Unit Clerk training program

• Typing speed of at least 40 wpm

• Strong verbal and written communication

• Familiarity with hospital information systems valued
