In this senior role, you will enhance the facility management team’s effectiveness by addressing client inquiries and coordinating maintenance tasks. Your experience in building systems will be essential as you monitor vendor performance and manage contractor communications, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive facility management services consistently
• Address client inquiries promptly and efficiently
• Coordinate contractor work for equipment repairs
• Create and manage engineering work orders
• Monitor and evaluate vendor service delivery performance
Requirements:
• 3-5 years in facilities or property management
