Join Bison Transport as a Corporate Services Assistant within the Fuel & Licensing team. This role involves supporting daily admin tasks, managing data, and ensuring top-notch service for Drivers.
In this position, you will become integral to the Fuel & Licensing operations. Your responsibilities include assisting with fuel downloads, maintaining manuals, and liaising with Drivers and internal staff to facilitate smooth operations. You will play a crucial part in keeping service quality high and providing support to our Drivers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide essential support for internal Fuel and Licensing tasks
• Manage data and maintain accurate licensing manuals
• Assist with licensing requirments for company vehicles
• Respond to inquiries on permitting and transponders
• Collaborate with team members for customer-focused service
Requirements:
• Customer service experience with strong interpersonal skills
• Prior administrative experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Adaptability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
