As a Senior Program Assistant, you will provide crucial administrative and coordination support to the Office of Undergraduate Medical Education. Your responsibilities include managing calendars for faculty leaders, facilitating meetings, and handling confidential inquiries. Collaboration with staff and faculty across various departments will be essential, ensuring seamless operation of the MD Undergraduate Program.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide calendar support for senior faculty members
• Schedule and coordinate high-priority meetings
• Prepare agendas and minutes for committee meetings
• Develop and maintain electronic information systems
• Communicate with stakeholders regarding UGME processes
Requirements:
• High school graduation and two-year diploma
• Minimum four years of related experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Problem-solving abilities and discretion required
