This role also includes managing the parking program and assisting the People Team with critical HR tasks. Key Responsibilities:
• Answer switchboard calls and route them efficiently
• Greet visitors and notify staff of arrivals
• Administer company parking and transit programs
• Update contact lists based on personnel changes
• Prepare orientation materials for new employees
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of general office experience
• Previous reception experience with Meridian switchboard preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently
