As a Scheduling Assistant, you will engage actively with customers and utilize the ESP system efficiently to manage staff schedules. Strong Excel skills are essential to thrive in this fast-paced organization. Candidates with previous scheduling experience will be prioritized, so bring your organizational skills and exceptional communication abilities to the forefront.
Key Responsibilities:
• Use ESP system to manage staff replacements
• Communicate effectively with staff and management
• Maintain accurate and confidential scheduling records
• Organize and prioritize daily tasks efficiently
• Assist with customer inquiries via phone or in person
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year experience with staffing/scheduling systems
• Proficiency in Excel and scheduling applications
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to thrive in high-demand environments
