Responsibilities include typing and formatting materials, maintaining databases, and handling payroll functions as needed. The ability to prioritize tasks and manage a significant workload in a team environment is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prioritize administrative tasks effectively for lab directors

• Format correspondence, agendas, and reports accurately

• Develop and maintain key databases

• Handle payroll and verification of position control

• Travel needed between work locations

Requirements:

• Minimum three years in an administrative role

• Experience with meeting coordination and minute preparation

• Strong typing ability of 65 wpm

• Proficient with Office applications

• Clear criminal record check required
