Position: UBC Senior Program Assistant Role
Join the Undergraduate Medical Education team at UBC as a Senior Program Assistant. This vital position focuses on providing exceptional administrative support to faculty leaders and optimizing program functionality.

In this role, you will coordinate calendars, schedule critical meetings, and prepare documentation to support the Office of Undergraduate Medical Education. You'll work closely with faculty and staff to promote smooth operations during peak times and maintain high standards of confidentiality. Your success in this role will contribute immensely to the MD Undergraduate Program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior faculty with calendar management

• Organize and support various committee meetings

• Draft communication and reports for leadership

• Ensure up-to-date electronic information systems

• Respond to inquiries from faculty, staff, and students

Requirements:

• High school diploma with a two-year post-secondary qualification

• At least four years of relevant administrative experience

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Share Point

• Flexible and adaptable with strong attention to detail
