Key Responsibilities:
• Triage inquiries to ensure prompt customer responses
• Coordinate shipping, receiving, and mailroom operations
• Oversee logistical arrangements for events and meetings
• Maintain organization in the studio and supply inventories
• Support various Workplace Experience projects and initiatives
Requirements:
• Strong customer service and communication capabilities
• Detail-oriented with solid multitasking abilities
• Competence in Microsoft and Google software
• Reliability and excellent organizational skills
• Capability to lift 50 lbs as required
