This secretarial position provides key support to the Manager, Plant Services, as well as assistance to engineers and supervisors within the department. You will manage correspondence, coordinate office activities, and ensure smooth communication among staff and external vendors. Your attention to detail is critical in maintaining records and managing schedules efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming mail and prioritize for the manager

• Type documents such as reports and minutes

• Organize meetings and handle appointment scheduling

• Maintain databases and generate necessary reports

• Process maintenance requests and coordinate resources

Requirements:

• High school diploma and a completed secretarial program

• Minimum three years' relevant administrative experience

• Ability to type 60 words per minute

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Capability to organize and manage time effectively
