Become the face of Strike Group as a Receptionist and Office Administrator in Grande Prairie. Deliver exceptional administrative support while utilizing your customer service expertise in this full-time role.
You will engage professionally with clients and colleagues, maintain confidentiality, and manage payroll data and invoicing processes. Your advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially in Word and Excel, will be key to succeeding in this administrative position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming office communications and inquiries
• Track and record hours for payroll calculations
• Prepare and review billing invoices accurately
• Enter purchase orders and monitor their progress
• Create and analyze reports on various projects
Requirements:
• Preferred diploma in office administration or accounting
• Previous experience an advantage, not a requirement
• Must have advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Strong multitasking and communication skills
• Excellent organizational capabilities for office management
