Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule examinations for WCB Healthcare Services staff

• Maintain and manage appointment schedules efficiently

• Provide reception support for injured workers arriving for exams

• Prepare examination rooms and record claim information

• Maintain inventory of medical and office supplies

Requirements:

• Completion of Grade 12

• Minimum 6 months office experience in customer service

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks
