Join Bevo as an Operations Administrator, where you provide essential back-end support in a thriving agricultural setting. This one-year temporary role features diverse administrative responsibilities.
In this role, you will work under the Operations Manager to enhance productivity through effective task allocation and labor management. Your responsibilities include real-time monitoring of operations, supporting change management, and improving data accuracy via ERP/PBI software. Flexibility is key as you navigate evolving priorities in a fast-paced atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop strategies for daily task allocation
• Adjust operation plans based on real-time needs
• Assist in implementing change management initiatives
• Collaborate with IT to improve data flow
• Function as a liaison across multiple departments
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of ERP/Power BI experience
• Strong proficiency in Office 365
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
