As a Housekeeping Clerk, you will provide essential support within the Health Centre. Applicants should possess a minimum of two years' experience in an office setting, along with Grade 12 education. Effective communication in English is crucial, as is the ability to work autonomously while showing initiative and adaptability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide clerical support to the Housekeeping Department
• Perform receptionist duties and related tasks
• Communicate accurately and effectively in English
• Maintain organization and exhibit judgment in daily work
• Participate in ongoing professional education activities
Requirements:
• Two years’ office experience within the last five years
• Grade 12 educational requirement
• Proficient in Word Perfect Suite 9 and Lotus Notes
• Physical health to meet position's demands
• Current satisfactory Criminal Records Check
