Your role emphasizes maintaining schedules and coordinating staff effectively in the Home Care Program.
Reporting to the Team Manager, you will assist in scheduling Direct Service Staff by entering essential data into the home care system. With 2-3 years of administrative experience and proficiency in Microsoft software, you will efficiently manage schedules and communicate with the team and clients. Your strong organizational and communication skills will be key contributors to the program’s success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Input data into the home care scheduling system
• Coordinate and assign tasks to Direct Service Staff
• Ensure clear communication with other staff members
• Maintain files and statistics related to scheduling
• Collaborate with the Resource Coordinator for staffing needs
Requirements:
• 2 to 3 years of administrative experience required
• Minimum 6 months of scheduling experience preferred
• Experience with data entry and electronic calendars
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
