At HCCSO in Point Douglas Home Care, the Scheduling Clerk will be pivotal in organizing schedules and handling communications. Candidates should have 2 to 3 years of relevant administrative background, experience with email and calendars such as Group Wise, and strong organizational skills. Knowledge of medical terminology is desirable, coupled with formal office skills training.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and maintain staff schedules effectively
• Manage filing systems and mail handling tasks
• Compile necessary statistical data and reports
• Facilitate team communication and support
• Execute photocopying and fax tasks as assigned
Requirements:
• 2-3 years of related administrative experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Minimum typing speed of 45 wpm
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
