Your role will focus on high-level administrative support, using communication and organization skills to excel.
Ideal for candidates with at least five years of experience in senior administrative roles, this position requires strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to juggle numerous tasks. You'll handle scheduling, correspondence, and meeting organization while working with advanced office applications and maintaining confidentiality in all communications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate meetings and manage complex schedules
• Draft agendas and minutes for management meetings
• Maintain computerized systems efficiently
• Compile and compose correspondence for executives
• Prioritize and manage workload independently
Requirements:
• Five years of experience in senior administration
• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Teams
• Typing speed of 60 wpm or higher
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
