Join the dedicated Staff Scheduling team iface Hospital, where you'll play a vital role in managing staff schedules and supporting operations. This in-person role calls for strong skills in computerized staffing systems and customer service.
We are seeking a Scheduling Assistant who can effectively manage scheduling tasks using the ESP software. The ideal candidate will have experience in a busy environment, be comfortable in direct customer interactions, and possess solid Excel proficiency. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee staff scheduling with the ESP system
• Address customer inquiries courteously
• Keep confidential records of schedules and staff
• Organize tasks and meet tight deadlines
• Collaborate with team members for effective scheduling
Requirements:
• Grade 12 education or equivalent
• Minimum one year of scheduling experience
• Customer service background essential
• Proficiency in Excel software applications
• Capacity to work under pressure in fast-paced settings
