Responsibilities
Assist project managers in tracking progress and milestones.
Prepare and distribute project reports and updates.
Coordinate project meetings; prepare agendas and minutes.
Adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
Plan and manage logistics for project‑related activities, including meetings, site visits, and events.
Schedule and book project meetings for effective communication and record keeping.
Maintain day‑to‑day functionality and readiness of the site office and work environment.
Maintain and organize project documentation, ensuring up‑to‑date and accessible records.
Ensure compliance with document control standards and procedures.
Track and manage document revisions and approvals.
Arrange travel accommodations for team members, including flights, hotels, and transport.
Coordinate travel schedules and resolve travel‑related issues.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree with 2 years of project coordination/administration experience or equivalent.
Or Diploma/Certificate with 4 years of equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management or related field.
Prior experience in project coordination or a similar role.
Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in document control systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
