VCH invites applications for a Program Assistant to enhance Home Health services. In this role, you'll work closely with healthcare professionals to manage appointment schedules and client referrals. Your administrative abilities will shine as you play a crucial role in providing care to clients with diverse health needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide support for various Home Health programs
• Process and manage client referrals and calls
• Organize appointment scheduling and client communications
• Execute accurate data entry and documentation tasks
• Ensure organized filing and supply maintenance
Requirements:
• Grade 12 completion and Medical Office Assistant Certificate
• Two years of relevant experience required
• Knowledge of medical terminology and office operations
• Proficient keyboarding skills (5,000 keystrokes/hour)
• Strong written and verbal communication capabilities
