As part of the Administration Department, you will focus on records migration and maintaining TOMRMS compliance. Engage with multiple municipal departments while contributing to effective processes for record management within the community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support Clerk with compliance in records management
• Ensure accurate maintenance of electronic and paper records
• Prepare vital statistics documentation as necessary
• Assist with logistics for administrative meetings
• Organize planning for municipal election efforts
Requirements:
• Post-secondary diploma in Records Management or Office Administration
• Experience using TOMRMS and municipal practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and web apps
• Strong organizational skills for effective priority management
• Excellent communication abilities for proper correspondence
