In the role of Office Services Support, you will be an essential part of TRIUMF’s team, responsible for sorting mail and performing various clerical tasks. This position entails effective communication and attention to detail to assist across departments and manage office supplies efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Efficiently sort and process incoming/outgoing mail
• Act as primary backup for reception duties
• Maintain office equipment and manage supplies
• Conduct photocopying, shredding, and data entry tasks
• Provide support in document management
Requirements:
• High school diploma with office training
• Two years of related experience required
• Proven customer service skills
• Familiarity with office software essential
• Strong English communication skills
Lead with your multitasking skills to support research initiatives at TRIUMF.
