As a Receptionist and Administrative Secretary, you will report to the Manager of Health Services, providing support to Child and Youth Treatment Services. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of two years in a health-related setting, alongside experience with medical terminology and dictation systems. You'll handle sensitive information with care while ensuring efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist clients during their visits
• Execute secretarial tasks using Microsoft Office tools
• Perform medical transcription and maintain organized records
• Schedule meetings and distribute official agendas and minutes
• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive data
Requirements:
• At least two years of experience in a medical context
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Background in reception and switchboard operations
• 50wpm typing speed with high accuracy
• Strong communication skills for interaction
