Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule all examinations by phone, email, and fax

• Notify healthcare professionals and advocates of appointments

• Record and prepare pertinent claim information

• Provide reception support to incoming injured workers

• Order medical supplies and manage inventory

Requirements:

• High school diploma (Grade 12)

• At least 6 months of related office experience

• Typing speed of 30 wpm with low error rate

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
