As a Secretary, you will directly support the Manager/Director of Health Services and multiple physicians. Your responsibilities include typing various correspondence, maintaining CVs, and coordinating schedules efficiently. Strong organizational skills are crucial to ensure smooth operations within a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Format and type medico-legal documents and grants

• Establish and maintain organized office systems

• Update and manage CVs for physicians

• Maintain and coordinate multiple schedules

• Complete travel arrangements in accordance with protocols

Requirements:

• Two years of related experience required

• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Outlook

• Experience in transcribing meeting minutes necessary

• Knowledge of healthcare-related administrative practices

• Successful completion of a recognized administrative assistant program
