Position: Rehabilitation Services Clerk Role

Join Southern Health-Santé Sud as a Clerk 2, providing key clerical and reception support in the Rehabilitation Program. Your initiative and organizational skills will be crucial to the team's success.

In this role, you will facilitate clerical operations and handle reception tasks within the Rehabilitation Program. A minimum of one year of office experience is required, alongside strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Your duties will involve independent judgment, time management, and effective communication with diverse stakeholders to promote an inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer clerical support and manage reception tasks daily

• Exercise judgment to prioritize workload and actions

• Foster professional relationships with staff and vendors

• Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information

• Attend to scheduling and task organization

Requirements:

• One year of relevant office experience

• Grade twelve education or equivalent qualification

• Completion of administrative office training program

• Bilingual capabilities in English and French

• Valid Class 5 driver's license and appropriate insurance
