Position: Primary Care Administrative Officer Role

This full-time position focuses on enhancing patient flow and experience. As part of the dynamic WRHA Community Health Services team, you will liaise with Primary Care Assistants, ensuring smooth processes and supporting community health initiatives. Your workflow coordination skills will be key to managing daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement administrative processes for team efficiency

• Oversee workload coordination and scheduling

• Compile and manage financial reports for the clinic

• Respond to 3rd Party Billing and privacy requests

• Maintain communication and correspondence on behalf of the Team Manager

Requirements:

• At least five years of administrative experience

• Experience with workload coordination

• Competence in Microsoft Office Suite required

• High school diploma mandatory; additional qualifications preferred

• Maintain a high level of confidentiality in work
