DCC Hail-Winnipeg seeks a motivated Administrative Assistant to assist both the Service and Sales teams. This full-time role involves overseeing data entry, managing customer communications about their claims, and booking appointments for repairs and estimates.
Your role will be pivotal in maintaining our exemplary service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee data entry and accurate document preparation
• Respond to incoming communications swiftly and effectively
• Provide administrative support across various tasks
• Communicate with customers regarding insurance queries
• Update internal systems with detailed appointment notes
Requirements:
• Post-Secondary Education in a relevant field is an advantage
• Minimum of 1 year in customer service experience
• Strong skills using MS Office, especially Outlook and Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and organization
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive data
