Join the Winnipeg Parking Authority as a Clerk C in Collections, focusing on account management and customer interactions. This temporary full-time position allows hybrid work until December 2027.
In this role, you'll report to the Senior Clerk and be responsible for all collection actions according to established procedures. Your tasks include processing legal and financial documents, updating databases, and maintaining customer notifications. Interact effectively with colleagues and external customers to ensure smooth collection processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Initiate collection actions based on agency guidelines
• Review and act upon returned cheques and charges
• Update and maintain the agency's databases
• Process payments and handle financial correspondence
• Execute administrative duties as required
Requirements:
• High school graduation or equivalent
• Experience in customer service and collections
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong ability to interpret relevant legislation
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
Utilize your collections experience to contribute meaningfully to the Winnipeg Parking Authority.
