Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist clients in-person, via phone and email

• Maintain CRM systems and up-to-date customer files
• Update price lists for accuracy and relevance
• Generate reports and assist sales with quotes and orders
Requirements:
• Advanced skills in Microsoft 365, especially Excel
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with effective time management
• 1-2 years of office experience required
• Previous residential construction experience a plus
