The Reception Services Clerk will perform essential front-line duties for Winnipeg Transit, engaging with customers and employees in person, via phone, and email. You will assist the Operations Division, manage driver's license documentation, and troubleshoot employee access issues. Effective communication skills and a problem-solving mindset are crucial for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct reception and administrative duties for Winnipeg Transit
• Manage and update driver's license renewal documentation
• Troubleshoot active directory accounts and access cards
• Support the Operations Division clerical team
• Engage with customers and respond to inquiries
Requirements:
• Grade 12 education or equivalent experience
• Two years of front-line customer service experience
• One year of clerical and administrative support experience
• Knowledge of Transit policies preferred
• French bilingual skills highly valued
